Billing
- Who processes payments
- Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles checkout, taxes, invoices and refunds.
- Currency and taxes
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added at checkout where they apply.
- Renewal and cancelling
- Subscriptions renew each month or each year until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next payment; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds
- A full refund within 14 days of the first payment for a plan. See the Refund Policy.
- AI model costs
- Not included. Each bot uses its owner's own AI subscription or API account, billed by that provider.
