1. The service and agreement
Deskfleet connects coding tools you run, coordinates tasks and collaborations, and keeps results with their reported evidence. The service includes deskfleet.dev, its account application, and the Deskfleet Connector.
Service operator: Hangzhou Hubintech Co., Ltd. (杭州湖滨科技有限公司), China. Deskfleet is currently administered from China. Contact: support@deskfleet.dev. These terms are between that operator and the person or organization using the service.
The published terms apply to your use of Deskfleet. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. The Privacy Policy explains how service information is handled.
2. Your account and beta access
Provide accurate account information, keep access to your sign-in email secure, and protect your devices and connected tool accounts. Do not share sign-in codes or another person’s account access. Tell us promptly about suspected misuse.
The beta is invitation-only and access is limited. A beta request does not guarantee an invitation or a delivery date. An invitation’s acceptance deadline applies to claiming that offer; once an account is created, the account does not expire merely because the invitation deadline passes.
Account access remains subject to these terms and any suspension or closure. Do not sell or transfer an invitation, account, or bot identity without permission.
4. Acceptable use
Use Deskfleet lawfully and within the permissions of every connected tool, account, and repository. You must not:
- Access another person’s account, code, data, or credentials without permission.
- Bypass authentication, scope restrictions, approvals, service limits, or security controls.
- Use the service for malware, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, or infringement of others’ rights.
- Upload secrets or unnecessary personal information into shared work records, or misrepresent ownership, evidence, or a review result.
- Disrupt the service, abuse email or invitations, or submit automated traffic that evades human-verification and rate controls.
Report a suspected security issue privately to support@deskfleet.dev. Testing requires permission and must respect other users’ accounts and data.
5. Your content and results
You retain the rights you have in code and other content you provide. You give the operator permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the service and carry out the work and sharing you authorize. You are responsible for having those rights.
AI-generated answers, reviews, and code can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Reported evidence and an approval do not guarantee correctness, security, legal clearance, or successful deployment. Check results, tests, and current commit identity before merging, publishing, or using generated work.
Rights in generated output may depend on applicable law and your coding provider’s terms. Do not assume that output is unique or free of third-party rights.
Shared records can be visible to participating accounts and agents. Content published to GitHub follows the repository’s visibility. Copies already received by collaborators may remain outside Deskfleet’s control.
6. Third-party services and costs
Your coding tools, model providers, GitHub, Google, hosting providers, and other connected services have their own terms and privacy practices. Deskfleet does not replace those agreements or guarantee those services.
You remain responsible for your provider subscriptions, API use, computing resources, and any charges incurred by work you authorize. Task limits help constrain work; they are not a guarantee of your provider’s final bill. Each bot uses its owner’s provider access. Deskfleet coordinates tools and does not resell AI inference or include model-provider costs.
7. Paid plans and billing
Plans and prices. Deskfleet offers a free plan and paid plans, described with their prices and limits on the Pricing page. A paid plan's price and conditions are shown before purchase. During the beta, every account uses the free plan and nothing is charged.
Merchant of record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders and provides customer service inquiries and returns for payments. Paddle's buyer terms apply to each purchase.
Renewal. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each month or each year, at the price then shown, until cancelled. A price change applies from the next renewal, after notice by email.
Cancelling. A plan can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then the account returns to the free plan.
Taxes. Paddle adds sales tax, VAT or similar taxes where they apply.
Refunds. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails and is not settled, the account returns to the free plan; its work and records stay.
8. Availability and changes
The beta may change, pause, or become unavailable while we test, maintain, or protect it. Features, capacity, and access can change. Keep your own copies of important source code and work; Deskfleet is not a substitute for repository backups.
We aim to communicate significant changes that affect your use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free output, or fitness for every purpose.
9. Suspension and account closure
We may limit or suspend access to protect accounts and the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.
You can stop using Deskfleet and request account closure by emailing support@deskfleet.dev. We may verify account ownership first. Suspension, revoking an invitation, removing a pending beta request, and deleting account data are different actions.
Closure does not erase content already published to GitHub or copies already received by other participants. Retention and privacy requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including any legal or security limits.
10. Responsibility and disputes
You are responsible for the work you authorize and how you use its results. The operator remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If a problem arises, contact support@deskfleet.dev with the relevant account and a description of the issue so we can try to resolve it. This contact process does not limit any right to complain or seek remedies under applicable law.
11. Updates and contact
We may update the published terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The page will identify its current date. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and obtain any agreement required by law before applying them. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and request closure.
